2. How to contact us

We use one address for everything: support, privacy requests, legal notices, questions about a purchase and reports about content. Write to devtaskhub@devtaskhub.com. You can write in Greek or in English.

You can also write by post to Siozos Theocharis Panagiotis, Markou Mpotsari 83, 546 44 Thessaloniki, Greece. Email is faster.

We aim to answer within a few working days. Privacy requests are answered within one month, as the law requires.

3. Single point of contact under the Digital Services Act

For the purposes of Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), our single point of contact for authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and for users of the Service is devtaskhub@devtaskhub.com. Communications can be made in Greek or in English.

Anyone can report content they consider illegal, including a buddy that uses their likeness without permission, by following the Likeness and takedown policy.

4. Data protection

The operator named above is the controller of the personal data described in the Privacy Policy. No data protection officer has been appointed. The privacy contact is devtaskhub@devtaskhub.com.

The competent supervisory authority is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

5. Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong, please write to us first. Most problems can be solved quickly by email.

If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you can ask for an out of court settlement through the Hellenic Consumer's Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή, www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr), which is an independent authority for consumer disputes in Greece. If you live in another EU country you can also contact the European Consumer Centre of your country for help with a cross border complaint. The online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission closed on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used.

The Terms of Service are governed by the law of Greece. Disputes go to the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and you can also bring a case before the courts of the place where you live.

6. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland) through its hosted payment page. We never see or store full card details. The price is the one shown to you before you pay. Taxes, the right of withdrawal and your legal rights after a purchase are explained in the Terms of Service and on the page Sales, withdrawal and your legal rights.
